Fenway Recordings Sessions #106 artist Jarrod Gorbel featured in the August issue of Nylon

The August issue of Nylon features an article on Jarrod Gorbel, who will be playing the Fenway Recordings Sessions #106. Writer Luke Crisell describes Gorbel's latest release, Devil's Made a New Friend, as a "full, welcoming pop record, clearly made by a man very much in love." Francis and the Lights and AWOLNATION added to MGMT Chicago House of Blues show

Francis and the Lights and AWOLNATION have been announced as support for MGMT's August 6th Lollapalooza after show at House of Blues Chicago. The show is a part of the Dare 2 Dream benefit concert series, put on by Platform One Entertainment and Lollapalooza. A part of the proceeds from the concert will go towards helping more students to enroll at the People's Music School in Chicago, the only tuition-free community music school of its kind in the United States. Just confirmed: Fenway Recordings Sessions Show #106: Jarrod Gorbel w/ DJ Carbo on Sept. 12

Jarrod Gorbel (formerly of The Honorary Title) has been confirmed to play the next Fenway Recordings Sessions show at Great Scott.  The show is on Sunday, September 12th at 8:00PM. Known for his "soaring vocals and deceptively simple melodies," Gorbel will be touring behind his debut solo album, Devil's Made A New Friend, out August 31st via Burning-house and his own imprint, "Gorbel Music."  Tickets are on sale now, and available here.

Saves the Day announce fall tour dates!

Saves The Day is excited to announce that the band will be hitting the road with Motion City Soundtrack and Say Anything for a US tour this fall! The tour kicks off Thursday, October 14th at Soma in San Diego, and works its way through the Midwest to the East Coast before culminating with a string of shows down South. All in all, the boys will be playing 30 shows across 24 states, highlighted by an epic Halloween show at the House of Blues in Chicago.

Tickets for the tour will go on presale on Tuesday, July 27 at 12 p.m.
